Find Stillness In The Noise of Your Life

Welcome

Seeking help is an act of courage.

Acknowledging feelings of fear and frustration, and admitting that you can’t navigate everything on your own, is a profound expression of honesty.

Believing that you are the only one experiencing hopelessness can be both isolating and overwhelming.

It takes immense strength to recognize when support is needed. By reaching out, you are prioritizing your well-being and choosing to invest in your own growth.

You are not alone in your hurt. Hurt is a thread that connects us.

Therapy offers a safe space to talk, helping you cope with challenges, understand yourself better, and build resilience. It provides tools and support to improve your well-being and work toward your goals.

Still Water Counseling, LLC, located in Manhattan, Kansas, provides individual counseling services that are grounded in compassion and neuroscience. Founded in 2023 by Tysha Osborne, MS, LCMFT, Still Water Counseling, exists from the simple idea of slowing down and listening. “I am incredibly humbled to be a therapist.”

Your therapist

Tysha Osborne, MS, LCMFT

My personal experience in therapy played a pivotal role in my decision to become a therapist. I was deeply inspired by a therapist who demonstrated genuine understanding and authenticity, combining empathy with the ability to challenge, laugh, and cry alongside me. This impactful relationship sparked my interest in human behavior and the brain, leading me to pursue extensive research and ultimately earn a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology. The insights gained from both my own therapy and academic journey continue to influence and shape my therapeutic approach. - Tysha Osborne, MS, LCMFT
